At least once a month we try and bring the below new classes to our studio.

Hula Hoop
Most of you are already familiar with hula hoop from your childhood, though you probably never thought about all the calories you were burning. I'm trying to bring back some of that playground fun and free-spirited attitude with this class. Hoop dance is an aerobic and energetic form of expression, that is not only lots of fun, but also very beneficial. Hooping is a complete core work out, which has shown to burn visceral fat, the most difficult fat to lose as you get older. It also improves your spine strength, coordination, and flexibility. Aside from all the physical benefits, hoop dance is fun and for all ages!
Bokwa
Bokwa® is a new and completely different approach to group exercise that is rapidly spreading across the globe.
Bokwa® participants draw letters and numbers with their feet while performing an energizing and addictive cardio workout routine. Moving together to today’s most popular music, participants off all ages draw the Bokwa® L, I, J, B and dozens of other steps.
Because Bokwa® steps are structured and based on the forms of letters and numbers, doing Bokwa® does not require you to count steps, like a traditional 8 count followed by most dance fitness programs. Simply feel the music and freely move with the beat. And the dozens of other class participants that are sharing the energy and excitement with you.
Flirty Girl Fitness
When flirty, fabulous dance meets choreography with a purpose; the result is a fun, effective way to condition the entire body inside and out. The Flirty Girl Fitness program, Booty Beat, is an outrageously entertaining cardio intensive dance-based class that works the entire body. Using the easy to learn Flirty Girl Foundation Moves, participants will quickly "own" the movement and experience the fabulous feeling that dancing gives you, while reaping the benefits of strength and cardiovascular exercise all in one class.
Insanity
INSANITY : The revolutionary, cardio-based, total body-conditioning program is here! This calorie torching, shirt-soaking workout is based on the principles of MAX Interval Training, and you’ll be ripping through the most heart-pumping, muscle shredding, sweat dripping, high-intensity cardio workout ever to find out what you’re really made of. It is designed to provide you a safe, challenging and results driven workout with no equipment necessary.
And, even better this is a non-intimidating workout with modifications given for all to 'Bring IT" as you progress!
