A talented choreographer, she has choreographed and assisted in choreographing combinations, dances and competition pieces including regional and national winning routines.
In 2012, Ms. Elizabeth added skills as a licensed Zumba instructor, teaching classes in multiple fitness clubs.

She has used her skills and love of dance not only to teach, but to officiate as a judge in many different dance, gymnastics and cheerleading events.
Our Teachers

Kiernan Rushford
Kiernan decided to become a fitness instructor after she took her first dance fitness class and discovered a whole new way to work out.
She started teaching Zumba a little over two years ago and loved it so much she added Zumba Toning, Zumba Gold and Bokwa to her repertoire.
A member of Fit Crew she helps plan and run monthly fit-a-thons to benefit local organizations and charities. When she’s not instructing, Kiernan can be seen locally singing with the bands Diversion and Vintage Ivory. Come have fun, get fit and join the party!
Becca Impionbato
Rebecca is from Agawam, MA. She is currently working in the food service industry, but her real passion is hoop dancing and sharing her love of hooping with others.
She has always enjoyed hula hooping since she was a little girl. However, for the past three years she has focused on learning and perfecting the coordination and core strength required for hoop dancing techniques.
Her hope is that her students can get a chance to express themselves through hooping.
