Zumba®
Zumba® - The Original Dance-Fitness Party

Zumba® classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you'll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring! It's easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating.
Zumba® Kids - All we need is a beat. The Zumba® Kids program is the ultimate dance-fitness party for young Zumba fans ages 7-11, where they can play it loud and rock with friends to their own rules! This program features age-appropriate music and moves that get kids movin’ to the beat. It’s all about feeling fearless on the dance floor, reinforcing the idea that it’s okay to just be yourself and dance like no one’s watching!
Zumba® Kids Jr - Little Feet, Lots of Soul. Zumba® Kids Jr. classes are a dance ‘n’ play party for lil’ feet where pint-sized party animals get silly, dream big and begin their journey to a healthy future. This program is where 4- to 6-year-olds just let loose and be themselves – little bundles of natural energy that are endlessly curious about new sounds and experiences! Here they can socialize, move to age-appropriate music and play games with other kids.
Zumba® Toning - Rockin Party. Rock Hard Body. When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba® Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick). Learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all the target zones, including arms, abs and thighs. Dance
Ballet - serves as a backbone for many other styles of dance, as many other dance genres are based on ballet. Ballet is based on techniques that have been developed over centuries and it encourages grace and balance.
Lyrical - is a dance style that blends ballet and jazz dance. Lyrical is generally smoother and a bit faster than ballet, but not quite as fast as jazz. A lyrical dancer uses movement to express strong emotions such as love, joy and anger.
Contemporary - is a style of expressive dance that combines elements of several dance genres including but not limited to modern, jazz, lyrical and classical ballet. Contemporary dancers strive to
Jazz - is a form of dance that showcases a dancer's individual style and originality. Every jazz dancer interprets and executes moves and steps in their own way. This type of dancing is energetic and fun, consisting of unique moves, fancy footwork, big leaps and quick turns.
Hip/Hop - Hip hop is a dance style, usually danced to hip hop music that evolved from the hip hop culture. The first dance associated with hip hop was breakdancing. While breakdancing consists primarily of moves executed close to the ground, the majority of hip hop moves are done standing up.
Music & Motion - combines music, singing and dancing. For the dance potion we will work on ballet, jazz and tumbling while listening to well-known kids music.
Tumbling - also known as Acrobatics or Gymnastics. Complex intellectual and artistic physical exercises designed to develop and display strength, balance and agility.
